Please attend the surgery whenever possible.
Home visits are for those who are housebound or too ill to come to the surgery.
If you do consider a home visit necessary, please try and telephone between 8:30am-10:30am.
The receptionist will take the appropriate details, and you will either receive a visit, or be contacted by a doctor or nurse if further details are needed.
Please use the service thoughtfully and ring as early as possible in the morning to request a visit.
If there is any degree of urgency, please make this clear.
