Late for appointments
If you are 5 minutes late or more, Please go to reception.
It is at the doctor or nurses discretion as to if and when they will see you.
They may ask you to wait till the end of surgery to be seen.
Missed appointments
If you miss two appointments with a Doctor or a Nurse you may receive a warning letter.
If you miss a further appointment within six months you may be asked to register with another practice.
