Pill checks – by appointment with a Doctor. (you will need to be seen before a prescription is issued, if you’ve not been seen at the surgery before.) To download our pill check template please click here, once form complete email to reception.w97025@wales.nhs.uk
Coils, implants and injections – Contact the surgery to arrange an appointment. Please inform the reception team what you would like to book so that you see the correct doctor. Low waiting time for this service.
Morning after pill – Available from pharmacy, there is no need for a GP appointment, just speak with pharmacist.
Smoking Cessation – by appointment with the Practice Nurses
Counselling, mental health and advice services – by appointment with a Doctor, for referral if necessary
Immunisations and vaccinations – Are you up to date with your MMR and MEN ACWY immunisations. If not, then book an appointment with the Practice Nurse.
